Ops-leader trust is a worst-case judgment, not an average one, because any provider looks fine on the days nothing breaks. The provider you actually trust is the one whose bad day is bounded and, more than that, who tells you bad news early, that the device shortage is coming, that the shipment will slip, so you can plan around it rather than getting surprised. So the reviews worth weighting aren't the average-day praise but the ones describing a shortage or an incident, since that's the only place providers separate from each other.
